Also with the bananas, I dry them and make banana chips. I also let them ripen and then put 3 in a ziploc bag and freeze until I am ready to make banana bread or banana muffins or even banana bars.
ReplyDeletedo you peel them before you freeze them? Is dried bananas just peeling, slicing, and letting sit out until dried?
